PORT LOUIS, Mauritius, Capital Markets in Africa — The Equity trading on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius struggled to overcome the negative sentiment started last Thursday. As a result the equity market capitalization closed at MUR 216.092 after losing MUR 394 million (US$11 million) relative to previous market capitalization of MUR 216.486 billion.
