JOHANNESBURG, South Africa, Capital Markets in Africa — Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) All Share index ended 21.9 percent or 1,115.42 points higher to close at 52,071.31 points. The JSE Top 40 index also added 1,024.91 points or 2.24 percent to end at 46,693.26 points. The JSE financial sector index surged by 2.06 percent to end at 44,366.64 points.
