Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (Capital Markets in Africa):- The Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange index (DSEI) declined by 28.26 points or 1.10 percent to close at 2,551.24 points and the Tanzanian domestic Share Index remained unchanged to end at 4,531.63 points.
