JOHANNESBURG, South Africa, Capital Markets in Africa — At the closed of trading on Tuesday, Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) All Share index finished 0.22 percent or 106.88 points lower to close at 49,383.93 points despite gains in resources and gold miners sector indices.
